Using a combination of on‑site inspections, review of records, and direct inquiries, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive, all‑encompassing hazard assessment, concentrating on critical aspects including emergency rescue management, equipment operation and maintenance, the serviceability of fire‑fighting systems, proper storage of hazardous chemicals, electrical and gas safety within the plant, food hygiene in the cafeteria, employee accommodation management, and the deployment of on‑duty personnel during holidays.

In response to the various safety hazards identified during inspections—such as non‑compliant equipment maintenance records, debris obstructing fire‑escape routes, inadequate management of outsourced personnel, and improper electrical usage in dormitories—General Manager Yang has instructed the responsible departments to implement immediate corrective actions and ensure closed‑loop follow‑up, striving to achieve dynamic zero tolerance for safety risks and thoroughly eliminate all sources of insecurity.

General Manager Yang emphasized that workplace safety is the lifeline of the company’s high-quality development, and holidays represent critical junctures for preventing and controlling safety risks.
