Underground mining tools include Hob, steel tool ring, insert tool ring and so on, suitable for UNIAXIAL compressive strength of more than 40 MPA of hard rock, ultra-hard rock and so on. JLDQ001, JLDQ002 and JLDQ003 steel tool rings have been developed in collaboration with Central South University and University of Science and Technology Beijing. Through advanced vacuum heat treatment process and gradient heat treatment process, the tool ring is suitable for hard rock, super-hard rock strata and soft-hard composite strata with rock strength between 40MPA and 240MPA, and the wing-shaped tooth insert tool ring and block insert tool ring are developed for composite strata below moderate weathering, it can ensure long-distance driving without changing cutter and improve construction efficiency.
