“Ping” for progress, who will “feather” to the top? Hosted by the trade union of Luoyang Jinlu Company, the third Jinlu Cup Badminton Tournament and the second Table Tennis Tournament kicked off on September 1, 2026. Athletes from all departments gathered on the court, pouring out their sweat, honing their skills, and showcasing their spirited vigor. Based on registration numbers, the event featured three categories: men’s singles and doubles in badminton, and men’s singles in table tennis, with 26 employees enthusiastically taking part. Each event awarded first-, second-, and third-place prizes, along with medals, certificates, and gifts. After five days of intense competition, the tournament concluded successfully on September 7.

Highlights of the match

Over the five-day schedule, whether on the badminton or table tennis courts, the athletes remained spirited and fully engaged. They conscientiously adhered to the rules and regulations, delivering both fiercely contested matches in pursuit of victory and heartwarming moments of mutual encouragement, vividly embodying the sporting spirit of “friendship first, competition second.” Off the court, the staff worked in coordinated teams to provide robust support, while the referees rigorously enforced the pre‑established rules with impartiality, together ensuring the smooth running of this year’s event.

Award Ceremony

The five-day competition concluded successfully, with rankings finalized across all events. On the afternoon of September 7, General Manager Assistant Jing Chaohui attended the event, delivered a speech, and presented medals and certificates to the winning participants. In his address, General Manager Jing expressed full appreciation for the successful conclusion of the tournament and extended sincere congratulations to all medalists. He encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of courage, determination, and teamwork demonstrated on the field into their work and daily lives, to actively participate in the company’s union activities, balance work and rest, and approach their duties with renewed vigor, reaping both health and happiness.
