On April 3, General Manager Yang Yue led a safety inspection before the Qingming Festival. The team deployed work assignments on-site and emphasized key inspection points to ensure production safety during the holiday period. The main contents are as follows:

I. Key Area Inspections

1. Management of Hazardous Chemicals and Flammable and Explosive Materials

The inspection covered key areas of the company, including personnel patrols, MSDS postings, warning signs, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, ventilation, monitoring, alarms, and lightning protection facilities. The emphasis was on the normalization of special campaigns and the advancement of the three-year action plan for fundamental improvement.

2. Production Equipment and Workshop Control

A comprehensive inspection of all production workshops was conducted. For high-risk positions, the implementation of major risk monitoring and control measures was emphasized. Strengthened safety patrols in key areas and strict control of the safety management mechanism for holiday maintenance projects, and reinforced the implementation of special personnel operation certification and supervision measures.

3. Fire Fighting Facilities and Emergency Response Capabilities

The inspection covered fire pump rooms, utility rooms, elevator machine rooms, and electrical rooms in the living area, as well as fire-fighting facilities and equipment in office areas. The focus was on checking for aging electrical wiring, equipment operating status, and emergency duty situations to ensure safety and stability during the holiday period. Fire accident prevention measures were also implemented, requiring the closing of water, electricity, and doors and windows before the holiday, and strengthening employee safety education on fire prevention and traffic safety.

4. Construction Projects and Construction Safety

The inspection covered the safety of construction site facilities, gas and electricity usage, and personal protective measures. The project manager was urged to implement safety responsibilities at every stage, strengthen emergency response measures, and ensure the safety of construction operations.

II. Rectification Requirements and Measures

1. Closed-Loop Management of Hidden Danger Rectification

The inspection team specified deadlines for rectifying the identified problems, requiring the establishment of a "hidden danger list" and follow-up inspections to ensure that the responsible departments rectify the problems.

2. Strengthening Emergency Duty and Responsibility Implementation

Strict adherence to the holiday duty system for leading cadres, implementation of emergency duty patrol and reporting requirements, and strengthening holiday operation upgrade control.

III. General Manager's Emphasis

1. Establish a Firm Safety Development Concept

Consolidate the primary responsibilities of various departments, building a solid safety line with "strict requirements and practical work style" and preventing complacency.

2. Focus on Grassroots Implementation

Strengthen standardized operation guidance at the production site to ensure the inherent safety of key equipment and prevent accidents.

3. Coordinate Safety and Production

Prioritize the implementation of safety measures, promote the coordinated development of safety and production, and achieve a virtuous cycle of "safety ensuring production, and production promoting safety."
