      This month for the company's TPM "electronic control cabinet dust removal" theme activities, alloy manufacturing department on August 25, by the department manager Qiao Longtao organized the alloy manufacturing department "electronic control cabinet and equipment control cabinet cleaning and maintenance seminar", the meeting to clarify the maintenance action distribution plan.

Mobilize advocacy

On August 28, the machining team organized 10 people to maintain 24 power cabinets on the site. Before the operation began,Li Pengpeng, the electrician of the equipment department, and Wei Aiguo, the maintenance team leader, explained in detail the precautions required for the operation process.

Check the power supply

After the operation began, the electrician of the equipment department turned off the power supply at the upper level of the power cabinet in the distribution room. After turning off the power supply, the electrician class inspects the 24 power cabinets one by one, and the maintenance class conducts a second inspection to ensure that there is no electricity.

After the maintenance, Niu Yunyao, the promoter of the department, inspected the power cabinet after maintenance one by one to ensure that the maintenance of each dead corner was in place.
